Hi, I'm Pam

Having a bank of images as a small business or consultant is important for showcasing products or services you provide, and finding the right photographer in the world of branding photography to create your images can be a make or break for your future success.

When putting this brand session together for Maria M. Consulting, we aimed to showcase Mary working in her home with her professionalism at the forefront, but also to show the warmth and personality that she brings to her role as an leadership and educational consultant for the Edmonton and greater Alberta area.

For her branding images, we brought in the tools she used most in her day-to-day work such as her journal, books she might use when teaching a leadership class, and the materials she provides for attendees when she hosts her annual leadership conference.

When it came to choosing outfits that matched the bright openness of her workspace, we struck a balance between the professionalism she shows up with every day with her warmth and down-to-earth personality.

Branding photography, especially personal branding photography for an individual consultant or small business with a team of one, is more than just showing up to take photos. It’s understanding how the person approaches their business, their brand identity, as well as knowing the kind of images that person needs depending on the industry they work in.
